WIS. STAT. § 938.363
Request for Revision:
- Any person or agency bound by the dispositional order or the D.A. may request a revision of the dispositional order that does not require a change of placement.
- The court on its own motion may propose such a revision.
- The request must allege that new information is available.
- The court shall hold a hearing if the proposed revision is contested.
- The juvenile, counsel, parents, etc. shall receive notice of the proposed revision at least 3 days before the hearing.
Contested Revision Hearing:
- Any party may present relevant evidence.
- The rules of evidence do not apply.
- The burden of proof is clear and convincing.
